Sycamore Grove is a thoughtfully planned project set to bring 75 new housing units near the heart of downtown Topeka, IN, in effort to address the increasing demand for quality housing in the community. Infrastructure work has been funded in part by a READI grant from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation through the Northeast Indiana Regional Development Authority. The Town of Topeka is also financially invested in the project.
