So the first question most homeowners have is when do I need a new roof? Oftentimes, it varies. Okay, the majority of the time you need a new roof after storm-related damage occurs in your neighborhood or in your community. Other times it’s when a leak presents itself and that’s when we need to get out there and assess the problem. Other times, it’s just how old is your current roof. Most roofs can last anywhere from 15 to 20 years depending on storm-related damages, the Texas heat and so many other variables.
