Communities across the country are facing a critical shortage of affordable and workforce attainable housing. At Club 720 Development Corp., we offer high-impact housing solutions to solve this problem through innovative public-private partnerships. Our team is made up of experts with experience in local government, finance, housing, logistics, communications and health and human services, each with a unique perspective and fresh ideas for serving our clients.

At Club 720 Development Corporation, we are dedicated to making homeownership attainable for working-class individuals. We focus on creating housing that is both beautiful and workforce affordable, ensuring it is marketable and capable of building equity. By designing and implementing accessible housing programs, including down payment assistance, educational workshops and personalized coaching, we help individuals and families realize the dream of owning a home.
We recognize the barriers that often impede local housing development. Through innovative strategies and collaborative efforts, we work with governments to identify and overcome these obstacles. From navigating regulatory challenges to addressing infrastructure needs and community concerns, we offer customized solutions that pave the way for optimal housing production.
As a demonstration of this Method's effectiveness, we're constructing a regional housing production system in Northeast Indiana, adding over 1,000 housing units. We empower regionalists, local government leaders, and stakeholders by teaching the H.O.M.E. Method, enabling them to replicate our success in their communities. Additionally, as a national homeownership center, we serve homebuyers across the country by offering education, coaching, and down payment assistance to promote wealth building through homeownership.
