Born and raised in St. Croix US Virgin Islands, a single parent home with five siblings, Family connection, support and motivation were key to transforming a life of success and opportunities. With a vision of becoming a nurse, Exposure and observation of other ways of living was necessary. Education was the key. Making my way to college in the United States and later joining the US Air Force as an Officer, opened a plethora of opportunities.. Taking segments of my life experiences, I founded OLC Consulting LLC that offered a holistic approach (Health/Harmony, Relationship, Career, Finance, Spirituality) This propelled me to a new level of success. I hope that this reaches individuals as well as organization and leadership to take action to better you.
